These terms are between you and Tools Premium ("we", "us"). By installing or using the YouTube Thumbnail Preflight extension ("the extension"), you agree to them. They are deliberately short and plain. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.
1. The service
The extension analyses a YouTube thumbnail and title and shows you a score and warnings before you publish. The analysis runs locally in your browser. The service is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee any particular result, ranking, or view count.
2. Plans and pricing
A free tier is available and includes up to 3 analyses per month. The Pro tier removes that monthly limit and adds the paid features described in the extension. Pro is offered at $2.99 per month or $20.99 per year. Prices are shown in United States dollars and may include taxes or not depending on your location.
3. Subscriptions and billing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you subscribe, you enter into a billing relationship with Lemon Squeezy, and your purchase is governed by Lemon Squeezy's own terms in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy handles charging, invoices, taxes, and card processing. We never see your payment card details.
Subscriptions are per product. Each Tools Premium product is sold and billed separately, so subscribing to one product does not include any other. Cancelling one product's subscription does not affect any other product you subscribe to. Refunds are evaluated per subscription under the Refund Policy in Section 4.
4. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. To request one, either contact us at support@toolspremium.store or use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt email.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. When a subscription is refunded, the associated Pro entitlement is revoked, and the extension returns to the free tier. Refunds outside the 14 day window are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. Cancelling without a refund keeps Pro active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. The free tier
The free tier, including its allowance of 3 analyses per month, is provided as-is and free of charge. We may change or withdraw the free tier at any time. Because you pay nothing for it, we offer no warranty for the free tier beyond what applicable law requires.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. This means not attempting to bypass the license check, not sharing or reselling license keys, not probing or disrupting the entitlement worker, and not using the extension to scrape YouTube in violation of YouTube's terms. We may revoke access if you breach these terms.
7. Your data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, we collect the minimum needed to run the service and we do not sell your data.
8. No warranty
The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and post the updated terms at this URL. Continued use of the extension after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing terms and contact
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms for your purchase, are the whole agreement between you and Tools Premium about the extension. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
